Our Visiting Policy
Dear Visitor, Everyday a significant number of people visit Ar-Raha where many inpatients are being treated who are prone to infection. We strongly feel that protection of our patients from infection is very much essential and need to ensure adequate rest. We fervently seek your good understanding in cooperating us to be cautious and vigilant so that a large volume of visitors to the Ward or Cabin do not pose a health risk to our patients. We earnestly urge upon you to abide by the VISITORS’ POLICY.
Maximum 2 (two) visitors per patient admitted at Cabin or Ward at any one time are allowed during visiting hours. Only one visitor is allowed to visit for inquiring about the status of patient admitted at NICU. Visitor’s Card can be collected from Information Desk by depositing Tk. 100/= per card which is refundable on return of the card at Information Desk.
Only one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient admitted at VIP cabin, single and double bedded cabin with prior consent of concerned Consultant. No attendant is allowed at NICU and Post-operative room.
Separate arrangement can be made for the patient who is critically ill and needs his/her next of keen for meeting and discussing with the Consultants and management.
Visitor is requested to avoid bringing children below 7 (seven) years old to the Hospital for their (children) personal safety as they are vulnerable to infection. Person who feel unwell must not visit any IPD patient.
Visiting Hour is from 4 pm to 6 pm every day or amended time to time. With special permission and clinical requirement responsible guardian visitor may be allowed at specific time.
Clinical Briefing: Will be notified to the patient attendant as and when required.
Patient and his/her attendant is responsible for the safety of their personal belonging for entire period of stay at Hospital. Patient must avoid accompanying valuable items such as Gold, wrist Watch, expensive Mobile phone etc. and must not carry or wear any ornament specially while moving for medical procedure or OT room.
